MATCHES

Czechmate Dog Sports is able to hold training matches in herding, agility and (coming soon!) obedience.

Throughout the summer months we will hold monthly training matches for agility. We have a 100 X 100 ring and equipment to build any number of courses.

These matches are held on Wednesdays throughout the summer

HERDING

In November 2001, Czechmate hosted an AKC A course fun match for the Northern Illinois Stock Dog Club (NISDC).

The club also held an AHBA Ranch dog trial the same weekend.

In 2004, Czechmate hosted an AKC herding trial with sheep and ducks for NISDC.

Czechmate is able to hold matches for AKC style herding trials.

We don't hold matches consistently but we do offer individual practice sessions. We have areas to practice that include possibilities to work on close pen work, open field work and AKC A course trial work.

OBEDIENCE

In 2005, we hope to finish construction on a 50 X 80 training building.

We will begin to hold obedience training matches once the building is up and running.
